Pre-listing deep cleaning uses the deep-clean tier price with a $249 minimum. Open-house refresh starts at $119 and requires scope review.

Discounts apply to the standard-cleaning base price after your initial clean. Extras and surcharges aren't discounted, and discounts never stack.

No duplicate charges: inside oven, inside empty refrigerator, and inside empty cabinet interiors are all included with move-in/move-out cleaning — we never bill those separately when move-out is your service.
Sales tax is not currently applied. It will only be added once the owner configures the appropriate tax treatment in Admin → Business settings.
