Privacy policy & service terms
These terms are editable by the owner in Admin → Business settings before launch. No invented cancellation fees or nonrefundable terms.
Service terms
Estimates marked 'Estimated price' are not a final quote until Penjolu Cleaning reviews scope, confirms crew availability, and you accept the approved estimate in writing. You will not be charged until you accept an approved quote. Move-in/move-out service includes inside oven, inside empty refrigerator, and inside empty cabinet interiors — these are not billed separately when that service is selected.
Included and excluded work
- Standard cleaning covers surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and tidy common areas.
- Deep cleaning adds baseboards, grout scrub, and overlooked surfaces.
- Move-in/move-out includes inside oven, inside empty refrigerator, and inside empty cabinet interiors.
- Turnover includes cleaning, bed reset with supplied clean linens, towels, staging, and restocking from owner supplies.
- Laundry ($25/load) and purchased supplies are billed separately.
Access, parking, water & electricity
Customers provide access (keys/lockbox/entry codes), parking, water, and electricity for the crew. Sensitive access information is protected — crews see only the access instructions for their assigned jobs.
Cancellation, rescheduling, lockouts & deposits
Cancellations or reschedules requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival are complimentary. Same-day changes may be subject to a fee. No-call/no-show lockouts may incur a fee equal to the scheduled visit. Deposits, if collected, are refundable until work begins except for the fee categories above. The owner will confirm exact terms before charging any cancellation fee.

Customer approval for extra charges
Any extra charge — add-ons, variable-price extras, rush surcharges, or revised quotes — requires your written approval before we charge it. You'll never see a surprise line item.
24-hour reporting window
If a checklist item was missed, report it within 24 hours and we'll arrange a corrective visit at no extra charge.
Photo consent, privacy & retention
Penjolu Cleaning collects contact details, property address, and access instructions solely to deliver and schedule cleaning services. Access photos and completion photos are stored for quality and record purposes. You may request deletion of your records at any time. Customer records are visible only to authorized Penjolu staff and your assigned crew; crews see only the job scope and access instructions for their assigned jobs.
